Testimonials

We had been dreaming about transforming our large, messy backyard into an outdoor oasis for years, but we were incredibly overwhelmed by the prospect of hiring multiple subcontractors for the pool, masonry, and BBQ. Top Caliber Construction was a godsend. From our very first design consultation, they understood our vision. The transition from excavation to pool shell and custom pavers (exactly like the beautiful finished work we wanted) was handled in-house with absolute precision. Mark Johnson and his crew were highly professional, and they managed the massive project seamlessly. Our new backyard resort is now our family's favorite place to spend weekends. They built our dream home, outdoor kitchen and pool, and they exceeded our expectations in every way.

Building a detached ADU for my aging parents was a major project with a lot of emotional weight, and California’s permit process seemed like a bureaucratic nightmare. Top Caliber Construction took care of absolutely everything. Their General Contractor handled the complex zoning sets, structural engineering, and utility connections without a single hitch, keeping us informed at every single phase. Inside the ADU, they created an incredibly bright, open-plan space that feels like a luxury apartment (the finishes and custom cabinetry are stunning, just as we hoped!). Their crews were respectful of our property, organized, and finished the project right on timeline and budget. I cannot recommend them enough for additions and ADUs.

We hired Top Caliber to tackle a major, overdue whole-house remodel, specifically focuses on opening up our cramped, dark kitchen. The transformation is absolutely breath-taking. They knocked down load-bearing walls to create an expansive, modern open-concept space featuring custom white shaker cabinets, natural Calacatta marble, and built-in appliances (they fabricate the most beautiful waterfall islands!). Throughout the home, their painters, tile specialists, and electricians did flawless work. They even upgraded our ancient 100-amp electrical panel (which we sorely needed!). What stood out most was their communication—we always knew what was happening and when. They are honest, highly skilled, and fully licensed. A stellar experience from demolition to the final walk-through.

Top Caliber Construction is the most reliable, professional, and talented team I have ever worked with. They started by replacing our leaking, aged roof with beautiful, durable architectural shingles (flawless, fast installation!). We were so impressed with their craftsmanship and cleanliness that we hired them to replace our old, cracked driveway with interlocking pavers and build a secure, reinforced block wall around our perimeter. We have also used their plumbing and solar services, and every single trade they send is courteous, safe, and highly skilled. It is rare to find a contractor you can trust entirely. License #1142082 is the real deal.
